Everything I have read says once you are approaching retirement , 60 years or older, and have been awarded SSDI you will be considered a MINE category which is 5 to 7 years for CDR. Of course that means you will be within a year of your full benefit retirement age when a CDR is given which in my case is 66.
When does a disability beneficiary not need a medical CDR?
