What is the difference between YPO and EO?
YPO is very similar to EO. The two key differences are that the revenue requirements for YPO are higher (according to your type of business) and you don’t need to be a founder of the company, simply its current leader. While I’m not in YPO, I’ve spoken at YPO forums and have made several great friends who are in YPO.

What is the age limit for YPO?

You must first be a member of YPO in order to belong to YPO Gold. The criteria for joining YPO Gold is that you are at least 45 years of age and have been a YPO member in good standing for at least three years (excluding any grace period).
How much does YPO membership cost?
Prospective members may approach the organization directly, but most are scouted by current members. There is an initiation fee of $600 and an annual membership fee of $600 plus the cost of individual YPO events.
